Sea Karting is a new water sport activity in the Andamans and hands down is the best experience to have arrived in the islands so far. In this water activity, you will get a chance to drive your own watercraft in the ocean. 

Sea Kart can seat 3 people, 1 instructor with a license and 2 guests. Instructors will be seated to help guests whilst driving on their own on the waves. 

It is unmissable because of the fact that it is the first and only one in India. 

Best place to try this activity: Corbyn’s Cove Beach in Port Blair. 

Charges: 3499 INR per person on a shared basis and 4999 INR per person on solo drive. 

Note: Carry comfortable clothes which are fit for the water sport. 

  1. Banana Boat Rides – Adventurous water activity

Banana Boat Ride is a splendidly fun and exciting adventurous activity. Six people at a time can ride this banana shaped boat which is tied behind a speed boat to gain rush. The ride is perfectly safe as life jackets will be provided and the instructor will be sent along on the ride. This ride is the best kind of ride in Andaman, so do not stop yourself from trying this daring ride and jump on the banana boat.

Charges: 500 INR per person.

Note: It is important to wear safety gear and equipment. 

  1. Scuba Diving – near to marine life

Scuba diving in Andaman offers many places for this daring water sport activity. The participant even receives a certificate for this activity. The best thing is even if the participants do not know how to swim, it will not be a barrier for them, they can still go for a dive. The underwater exploration, a different colorful world with different marine species is worth trying. 

Best place to try this activity: Elephant Beach

Charges: 3500 INR to 6500 INR per person.

Note: listen to the instructions carefully and follow them obediently. 

  1. Parasailing

It is one of the other incredible water sport activities to try in Andamans. Non swimmers can do this activity too. It is a wonderful sport mixed with water and airborne adventure. Participant is tied behind a motorboat wearing a parachute. It makes you feel like a kite behind the boat in the sea. Participant is purposely dipped twice or thrice in water while parasailing giving a thrilling experience.

Charges: 3000 INR to 4000 INR per person. 

Note: Wear comfortable clothes in which it is easy to move in.

  1. Jet Skiing – Adventurous water sport

Jet Ski riding stands out among the other water sports activities. This is the best sport enjoyed during good weather only. It can be dangerous to try jet skiing during heavy rainfall or storms. It is preferred to check weather before trying the adventurous water sport.

Charges: 600 INR per person.

Note: Do not stand while doing this water sport.
